I was a rather depressing day, but Trinidad & Tobago ended their World Cup run.  To progress to the next round, we needed to beat Paraguay by 2 goals and we needed England to beat Sweden.

For a while, it looked as though England would do their part, but in the end, that match ended in a draw so we had no chance to progress.  Not that it matter because we couldnt' beat Paraguay anyway, having lost to them 2-0.

I am proud of what we have accomplished and my only disappointment in the whole experience is that we didn't score a single goal....well, that not absolutely true.....we did score an own goal for Paraguay.

Without an ability to put the ball in the back of the net, it would be a very long time before we have any further footballing success!
