After an outstanding display against Sweden, eveyTrini must now be wondering....can the Soca Warriors make it to the next round? Prior to the Sweden match, our hope would have been to simply not get embarassed. So, if the Soca Warriors are to make it to the next round, how can it be done? Well, we would definitely need a win. Our best chances for that would be a win against Paraguay. We would also need to at least draw with England. A huge undertaking, but based on how England has played so far and how we played agianst Sweden, a draw against England is not outside the realm of possibilities. That would give us a total of 5 points. Our best hope then would be for England to beat Sweden and you can be sure they will do their damdest to beat them. But, even if England and Sweden were to draw and Sweden were to beat Paraguay, we would have the same number of points as England and Sweden...5 each. Maybe it's way to early to start working out the possible ways for the Soca Warriors to make it to next round, it sure is fun :-)
