I did the last workout of week 2 on the treadmill again.  It certainly is a lot easier to use a treadmill while travelling.

 

I still can't get use to it until 5 mins or so into the workout.  The other downside is when I need to switch from running to walking and vice-versa.  I must look as though I'm crazy as I try to adjust the pace by quickly pressing the "+" and "-" buttons.  It would certainly be nice if the treadmill were programmable so I could put in the pace and the intervals and have it switch automatically.  Or at the versy least, be able to program various paces that I can activate with single button presses.  I have to assume such programmable treadmills exists so if I'm ever in the market for a treadmill, I'll have to look into it.

 

Since I did my 3rd workout on a Thursday evening, it seems like such a long time to wait until Monday morning for the start of week 3, so I may actually do a 4th week 2 workout on Saturday.  That will still give me a 1 day rest between workouts.
