Plan: Run 10 mins, walk 3 mins, run 10 mins

Actual: Run 10 mins, walk 3 mins, run 10 mins

 

Today's run actually felt quite easy.  That is, I didn't feel as though I had to push myself or that I was struggling at any point.  I'm starting to wonder if I shouldn't be going a little faster. Friday's run is supposed to be a 25-min run, so I'm sure that will be a little challenging.  As noted in last week Friday's entry, I couldn't quite complete the 20-min at the end of week 5, but I'm feeling pretty confident that this week's 25-min run will be doable.

 

I'm still doing research into a running computer.  At this point, I not any closer to making a decision.  I'm still going back and forth between the Garmin Forerunner 305 and the Polar S625X devices.
