Plan: Run 2.8 miles
Actual: Run 2.8 miles with a 20 sec walking break Like the last time, I had to take a short walk. I'm feeling very good about the ptogram and I'm looking into a 12-week plan as a C25K follow-up plan. This new plan will get me running up to 6 miles on a weekend for a total of about 15 miles per week. I've started working on a new program to replace the Polar software. It's coming along quite nicely and I hope to release it for free at some point. More details to follow.
