Plan: Run 25 mins Actual: Run 25 mins Today was a huge accomplishment for me. I was able to run the full 25 mins. This is the longest I have run to date without walking. I was a lot more confident before the start that I could do it versus last week's 20-min run, but there was that very slight doubt in the back o fmy mind. Based onthe C25K plan, there is no more walking. I get to run ALL the time! I started reading a book I bought this week called "Heart Monitor Training for the Compleat Idiot". This is in anticipation of my getting a heart rate monitoring device soon.
