Plan: Run 2.5 miles

Actual: Run 2.5 miles with a 20 sec walking break

 

As you may notice, I've now swithed to distance instead of time.  The reason is that I now hav the technology to measure my distance....the S625X running computer.

 

Today wasn't bad, but I had to take a short walking break.
