This week was a great week and start to my marathon training. The weather has been great which I think is a huge contributing factor. All I need now is for the next 17 weeks to be like the last 2 weeks! I think I finally have my diet under control…at least for 5 consecutive days so far. In the recent months, whenever I tried to control my diet, I would only last 2 days. What I started to do was to track everything that went into my mouth. In the past, I would track the major meals, but end up eating a lot of smaller snacks that I never bothered to track.
