Bolt of Lightening
I am among the millions who watched Usain Bolt run the 100m and 200m Olympic races in world record time and I was extremely impressed. I’m from Trinidad & Tobago and being from another Caribbean island, I love seeing other people from the Caribbean succeed on the world stage. Not to be out done, we still managed to pick up a silver medal in the 100m 
Congratulations to Usain Bolt and I’m looking forward to seeing him run in the future as I know his current 100m world record will continue to drop!!

Hi Derek,
I’ve been using your site for a while because I love your interactive Pfitzinger plans (and yes, I have a very dog-eared copy of the book!). Imagine my surprise when I logged in today and Google has your site blocked as an attack site.

Thanks for pint this out. I did a check and found that ALL my different sites were hacked!!
It took a while, but I found where someone had created a .htaccess in the root of my hosting directory. I think it’s fixed now so I’ll just have to wait for Google to re-crawl my sites and update their info. I think there is a place where I can send them the URL so I’ll look into that.
Again, thanks for the heads up…..it is rather distressing to find that my sites were hacked!

Ey boy!! How you going ………it has been a very long time. Just saw your parents by Johnson’s place on Friday night and was thinking on my way home how people lose touch with each other over the years as they’re doing their own things, busy with their families.
