   Seeking information on SONNY CHIN ALEONG
   who died in 1963 and is buried in Mucurapo Cementary. He was a singer and worked for J. N. Harriman as the Eastman Kodak representative and owned The Capri night club in Maraval. Brother of Victor and Marje and brother in law of Carl Clinton Chan. Son of Suisam Bedeau and Winnie Chin Aleong. First to sing the late Pat Castagne’s KISS ME FOR CHRISTMAS IN 1947; appeared with local enternainers: Mona Batiste &Holly Bartollea.

   Hello everyone. My name is Janese Chin Aleong from Arima, Trinidad. I was very surprised and delighted to come across this site. I have been very curious about my family tree and I was able to obtain a document which contains the names of several of our ancestors. I don’t know who will see this but I would love to find out more about you all. My grandfather was Raphael Chin Aleong who was once the mayor of Arima.
